Prussian Model 1910 Field Gray Landwehr Artillery Visor Cap

The cap shows signs of wear and use but retains a good shape. The cap is constructed with a field gray wool body, a black wool cap band, and red piping. The peak displays a Prussian colors officer cockade, while the cap band displays the Prussian Landwehr cockade, on which the Prussian motto of”Fur Koenig und Vaterland” appears. The black leather visor shows typical age crazing. The field gray body of the cap exhibits some spots, some tracking, and a small hole directly above the cap band in the rear. The interior silk lining has multiple vertical separations. The interior sweatband is marked “Spezialhaus Globus”, which is also visible on the lining of the crown. The sweatband also bears the punched monogram of “WK”.
