Pre-WWII 2nd Division Master Sergeant Uniform

The uniform is comprised of the officer quality four pocket tunic and matching breeches, constructed of a fine grade of olive green whipcord wool. The left shoulder carries a multi piece wool patch of the 2nd Infantry Division. Below the patch on the left sleeve are two chevrons for overseas service in World War I, as well as four honorable service chevrons. Both sleeves carry the chevrons of a Master Sergeant. The collar has gilt screw back “U.S.” and infantry branch collar disks. Both the tunic and the matching breeches are very clean, showing only relatively light wear and without damage or repairs, and with the uniform have only a few spots and very small scattered holes. Overall excellent condition.
