Panzer Hauptmann Old Style Field Service Tunic
$1,950.00
The tunic is constructed of service quality field gray wool with interior depot stamps and a dagger hanger. The collar was covered in dark green badge cloth and panzer officer tabs are machine sewn to the collar. The shoulders display sew in boards for the rank of a Hauptmann of the panzer troops. The tunic has a ribbon for the 1939 War Merit Cross Second Class in the buttonhole. Above the upper left brat pocket is a two place ribbon bar, pinned through the tunic, and displaying the ribbons for the Sudetenland Medal and the Memel Medal. On the left upper pocket is a solid Panzer Assault Badge in silver, showing fine detail and excellent patina. The badge is pinned through a set of loops that were placed on the tunic for the wearing of the badge. Above the upper right breast pocket is a bullion national eagle, which shows age and some oxidation. The tunic shows signs of wear and use, with a few light spots, but without holes, tracking, or damage, and it makes an excellent appearance.
