The helmet retains an almost completely intact textured painted finish, with the helmet showing a few relatively shallow indentations on the dome. Both sides of the helmet have the painted insignia of the 89th Division artillery headquarters. The liner is intact within the helmet and the full chin strap is present. Overall very good field used condition.
