Painted 2nd Division 23rd Rgt. H.Q. Model 1917 Helmet

The insignia of the Headquarters of the 23rd Regiment is essentially 90% intact. The exterior surface of the helmets shows typical signs of age but it is free of dents or dings. The interior liner is mostly detached but remains with the helmet. The chin strap is lacking.
