Old Japanese Aikuchi Tanto Signed “Kanenobu Saku”

The tanto has an overall length in the scabbard of approximately 15-1/2 inches, with a blade length of approximately 10-1/2 inches. The blade is quite bright, showing a distinct and visible temper line and without nicks, chips or rust. The tang has three holes for mounting and it exhibits dark patina and the signature. The ray skin grip is without chips or cracks, as is the wooden sheath. Overall an excellent example of a quite old signed Japanese Aikuchi Tanto.
