The double sided cotton pennant is multi piece construction, with a separately sewn white disk on each side that bears the printed first pattern NSKK emblem. Approximately 7 inches by 10-3/4 inches. The pennant retains both attachment rings and attachment clips at the corners. The pennant shows some age spots but it is without holes or damage.
