The cotton pennant is approximately 8-1/4 inches by 14 inches. The pennant is double sided, with each side having a separately sewn white disk bearing a printed swastika. The pennent retains attachment cords. the pennant shows age, wit some toning, but it is without stains or damage and it is in overall very good condition.
