NS Frauenschaft Biological Investigation Sample Container, Form and Mailing Envelope

The envelop is approximately 4 inches by 9-1/2 inches. The envelope bears a return address heading of “Vorsicht! Menschliche Untersuchungsstoffe!” (“Caution! Human examination materials!”). The envelope bears the printed address of the State Bacteriological Research Institute in Munich. The envelope also bears the stamp of the National Socialist Frauenschaft organization. The envelope contains a small wooden box and an unused form, with the form titled “Untersuchungs-Antrag” (“Investigation Application”). The form is unused, as is the mailing envelope. The small wooden box (which apparently has another container or bottle inside of it) is has an unused identification label. The envelope shows a few small tears, but overall the set is in very good and unused condition.
