The badge is in near mint condition, with an essentially intact gold finish. Below the “C” catch is the faint “L/54” mark of Schauerte & Hohfeld, largely obscured by the gilt finish. The case exhibits minor scuffs. On the underside of the case is the faint stamp of “L/54”. Overall the badge is in near mint condition.
