Named WWII U.S. Marine Corps KA-BAR Knife

The blade has a generally gray cast, showing some scratches and wear to the finish on the high points. The ricasso is marked “U.S.M.C.” on one side, while the opposite side is marked “KA-BAR” and “Olean, N.Y.”. The leather washer grip exhibits scuffs and abrasions from use in the field but it is without damage. The guard and the top of the pommel have surface rust. The leather sheath shows marks and stains from use in the field, but it is intact. The reverse side of the sheath is named to “Sgt. R.F. Currey, Jr.”. Overall very good field condition.
