Named WWII Japanese Navy Gas Mask in Bag
$625.00
WWII Japanese Navy gas mask within its original carrying bag. The mask is intact with hose and canister. The hose is somewhat stiff but still flexes enough to remove from the bag. The “Y” shaped piece within the mask has become partially detached but remains present. The mask itself is pliable with all attachment straps. The bag has all attachment and carrying straps and is marked with a faint stamped number on the side as well as with an issue label on which is the owner’s name, rank and particulars. The label identifies the owner as Higasa Kunio, with the additional information of “Sasebo/2nd-Level Conscript/Engineering/ID #234”.
