Named WWII Army Air Force Document Group

The group is comprised of documents relating to the service of Staff Sergeant Jerima Subrine. The group includes s Meritorious Service citation document, as well as typed documents relating to Subrine’s assignments and his discharge. The group also includes a large format poster identifying different types of clouds. All of the documents and the poster are contained within a large envelope bearing the designation of “SECRET” and which at one time contained Sergeant Subrine’s destination orders, with the printed instructions stating that the envelope was only to be opened 1 hour after Subrine had departed from the continental limits of the United States. The documents are in very good condition.
