An exceptionally well crafted 10-1/4″ wooden plaque which was presented as a war service award to Captain Martin O’Reilly by the Tooele Ordnance Depot in Utah. The plaque features the large brass bomb emblem of the Army Ordnance Corps. The plaque is approximately 10 inches in diameter. The reverse side of the plaque bears a painted annotation that the Ordnance Corps bomb was crafted from captured Japanese brass. Excellent condition.
