-New Jersey National Guard 2nd Regiment, Company K, 100% duty Faithful Service ladder badge medal, with date bars from 1902 to 1912;

-Company K, 2nd New Jersey Infantry Regiment watch fob on black silk ribbon, maker marked on the reverse;

-World War I United States Victory Medal, full wrap brooch, with some wear to the ribbon;

-Westfield, New Jersey, World War I Service Medal, named on the reverse to “Lieut. N. Horn”;

-1904 New Jersey State Rifle Association “Seagirt” Eighty Percent Competitor Medal;

-1905 New Jersey State Rifle Association “Seagirt” Eighty Percent Competitor Medal;

-Toned gilt “Expert Rifleman” badge, with an intermediate suspension bar engraved “1907-1909-1910”;

-1907 “Williams Trophy” shooting medal, with the suspension bar engraved “Sergt. N.H. Hort”;

-Three collar insignia.

-New Jersey National Guard Marksmanship Medal, with a bronze top bar for 3 years as “Marksman” and a silver colored bar for 2 years as a “Sharpshooter”;
