Named WWI 18th Railroad Engineers Insignia Group with San Francisco Service Medal

The group is comprised of the medals and insignia of Private Edwin H. Sully of Company “C” of the U.S. Army 18th Railroad Engineer Regiment. The group includes a set of enlilisted collar disks with screw back attachments, being the “U.S.” disk and the disk for Company “C” of the 18th Engineer Regiment. Also present is Sully’s World War I dog tag and the embroidered shoulder patch of the 18th Engineer Regiment. Also in the group is a World War I Verdun Medal as well as the San Francisco city medal for World War I service, this being named on the suspension to “E.H. Sully”. Also in the group is a ribbon bar for the World War I Victory Medal; a loose “Meuse-Argonne” bar for the victory Medal; The “U.S.” honorable discharge button; a World War II era identification badge for Edwin Sully for the 12th Naval District in San Francisco; and a medal for the 1922 American Legion convention, with separated suspension bar. Overall the items are in very good condition.
