The leather belt is marked with the length of 85 centimeters, or approximately 33-1/4 inches. The interior of the leather belt bears a handwritten name which appears to be “Karl Furnschuss”. There is also a handwritten script notation which includes the date of 1936, with the belt being further marked with the SS acceptance stamp “V. A.-SS 1937”. The end of the belt is impressed with what appears to be “SS 68/37 RZM”. The aluminum buckle is marked as “RZM 36/39 SS”. The buckle and the belt both exhibit signs of age and use, but the leather belt is supple and overall the set is in excellent service used condition.
