Named Model 1902 Pennsylvania National Guard Lieutenant’s Uniform

The uniform is comprised of the service tunic and the trousers, both tailored of a high quality wool, with the interior tunic pocket bearing the named tailor’s label. The standing collar carries the insignia of a Pennsylvania officer in company “I” of the 9th Infantry Regiment. The shoulders of the tunic have the rank straps of a Lieutenant, with the gold bullion of the straps showing age toning and a number loose bullion threads. Both the tunic and the trousers are exceptionally clean, without holes, stains, or damage, and with the tunic showing some surface dust from storage.
