Named Japanese Army Medical Colonel’s Uniform

The uniform is comprised of the tunic and trousers in a high quality, lighter weight, olive green wool. The collar carries the rank insignia of a full Colonel, while on the upper right breast is the branch of service stripe in dark green for the medical branch. The interior of the tunic is fully lined, with a small hole in the area of the sword opening in the lower skirt. The interior bears an embroidered name of “Kinoshita”. The matching trousers have a small hole in front, not particularly noticeable, and overall the uniform, while showing some subtle spots, is in very good condition and it makes a fine appearance.
