Named Imperial German 27th (1st Nassau) Field Artillery Regiment “Oranien” Reservist Stein

The half liter porcelain stein has an overall height of approximately 12 inches tall, inclusive of the lid finial. The stein is named to “Reservist Schwenk”, who served with the unit from 1904 to 1906. The rear of the stein has a unit roster. The base of the stein has a lithopane farewell scene. The stein is in excellent condition, without chips or cracks, although there is an interior crack of the pewter lid at the thumb lift which does not effect the integrity of the stein itself or of the lid.
