Named Imperial German 115th (1st Grand Ducal Hessian) Life Guard Infantry Regiment Musician Stein

The half liter porcelain stein is approximately 12 inches tall, inclusive of a lid finial. The stein is named to “Hornist Parr”, who served with the regiment from 1910 to 1912. The front of the stein depict two Imperial German soldiers in dress blue uniforms, both of whom have musician “wings” on their shoulders, and one of whom holds a horn. The stein has a unit roster on the rear and a lithopane base. The stein shows some wear to to decorative circular gilt spots on the stein, but the stein is in overall excellent condition, without chips or cracks.
