Named and Signed WWII Japanese Personal Good Luck Flag
$425.00
The silk flag is approximately 26-1/2 inches by 39 inches. The flag is named “To Mr. Ichiro Kobayashi”, with a number of the signatures having been written by workers in the “Chino Manufacturing Shop”, likely the place where Ichiro Kobayashi had been employed. The flag bears the declaration of “Prayers for eternal good fortune in combat” as well as numerous signatures. The flag shows spots and soiling, but overall it is in very good condition.
