The cotton flag is approximately 28 inches by 38 inches, with cord ties retained at two corners. The flag is named to “Mr. Ryosuke Kobayashi”. It is signed by Naval Technical Major General Narika as well as other Naval Technical officers, with a total of approximately 42 signatures appearing on the flag. The flag also bears the slogan of “Eternal Good Fortune in Battle”. The flag shows signs of age as well as soilng, but overall it makes a very good appearance.
