It is signed by Naval Technical Major General Narika as well as other Naval Technical officers, with a total of approximately 42 signatures appearing on the flag. The flag also bears the slogan of “Eternal Good Fortune in Battle”. The flag shows signs of age as well as soilng, but overall it makes a very good appearance.
