Model 1921 Kriegsmarine Officer Dagger by WKC

The dagger has an overall length in the scabbard of approximately 15 inches, with a blade length of approximately 7-3/4 inches. The double fuller blade is quite bright, showing typical scratches and some surface grime. The ricasso bears the knight helmet mark of WKC. The leather washer remains in place at the top of the ricasso. The black celluloid grip is without chips or cracks, and it remains tightly wrapped with twisted brass wire. The pommel and guard still retains some toned gilt over the brass. The dagger has a push button release on the reverse guard. The brass scabbard shows uncleaned patina and a very minor indentation near the tip on the obverse side. Overall the dagger is in excellent condition.
