The sword has an overall length in the scabbard of approximately 38-1/2 inches, with a blade length of approximately 31-1/2 inches. The plated blade shows spots and some scattered smudges, but it is essentially appears to be mirror bright beneath a film of surface grime. The spine is etched with the name of the Weyersberg firm. The gripped is covered in sharkskin and it remains tightly triple wrapped with wire. The pierced guard, the ferrule, and the pommel all exhibit a dark and uncleaned patina. Heavily decorated higher quality pommel. The leather finger loop inside of the grip is brokwn. The scabbard shows scuffs and abrasions, but the paint remains generally intact on the scabbard. Overall excellent condition.
