Mint Unissued WWII Japanese Army Officer Canteen

The canteen is in exceptional, unissued condition, showing only storage wear. The cloth cover is without spots, holes, or stains, and all cover snaps are intact. The fabric shoulder strap is quite clean and somewhat stiff from lack of wear or use. The aluminum strap buckles are free of any verdigris. The screw on cup cap and the wooden canteen stopper are likewise in unused condition and, again, exhibit only storage wear. Overall the canteen is in near mint condition. Item number 32488.
