The metal canteen is approximately 7-1/2 inches in diameter and approximately 2 inches wide. The obverse bears the stamped Mexican coat of arms of an eagle and snake in the center, surrounded by the statement “Estados Unidos Mexicanos Ejercito“ (“United Mexican States Army”). The wooden stopper is in place, with the connected retention chain intact. The full leather shoulder strap is also present, being dry and worn but intact. Overall very good condition.
