Luftwaffe Officer Tunic of a Well Decorated Signals Hauptmann

The blue gray Luftwaffe tunic displays the insignia of a Hauptmann (Captain) of the Signals branch. The left side of the tunic carries loops for a short ribbon bar (or possibly a flight operations clasp) and for four badges or decorations. The right side of the tunic has a set of loops on the pocket for another decoration that would likely have been either the Spanish Cross (for participation in the Spanish Civil War as a member of the Condor Legion) or the German Cross. The interior of the tunic shows minor wear, but overall the tunic is quite clean and in excellent condition.
