Large Third Reich Propaganda Poster: “Dokumente des Verrats”

The poster is approximately 33 inches by 47-1/2 inches, and it was issued by the “Parole der Woche”, a “wall newspaper” published by the National Socialist Party propaganda office in Munich. The poster purports to reveal the text of documents illustrating Soviet treachery, with the text of the poster stating that “This is clear evidence that the Bolshevik-Jewish rulers in Moscow wanted to stab the German people in the back in their fateful struggle against the British-Jewish plutocracy. The German Wehrmacht will give the Soviet traitors the answer they deserve”. The poster shows fold lines, age toning, and a few tiny holes in the margin folds, but the colors are bright. On the reverse side is a Nazi label that was used to keep the poster folded during shipping. The German text is “Dokumente verrates. Das sind eindeutige Beweise dafur das die bolschewistisch-judischen Machthaber in Moskau dem Deutschen Volke in seinem Schicksalskampf gegen die Britisch-Judisch Plutokratie den Dolch in den Rucken stossen wollten. Die Deutsch Wehrmacht wird den sowjetischen Verratern die gebuhrende Antwort erteilen”.
