The double etched blade of the dagger is generally bright, showing a few very small spots. The ricasso bears an Eickhorn stamped logo. The celluloid grip shows 2 small cracks at the pommel and remains wrapped in twisted brass wire. The pommel, guard and the scabbard all show a fine and uncleaned patina. The scabbard, with lightning bolt designs is excellent with no dents.
