Kriegsmarine Honor Roll Clasp

Established in 1943, the Kriegsmarine Honor Roll device is die struck, hollow back, alloy composition, affixed to the ribbon of the 1939 Iron Cross Second Class. The surface shows loss of the gilt finish. One of the four attachment prongs is missing. Overall very good condition. Only 37 awards of the Kriegsmarine Honor Roll Clasp were made, with 11 of these being posthumous.
