Kriegsmarine Coastal Artillery EM/NCO Overseas Cap

A field gray wool overseas cap for enlisted or NCO ranks of the coastal artillery branch of the Kriegsmarine. The cap displays a machine woven eagle in yellow gold thread that is correctly hand sewn to the peak over a machine woven national cockade that is correctly machine sewn to the scalloped front. The interior lining has a faint manufacturer stamp as well as the stamped size of either “56” or “58”, the stamp itself being a bit blurred. The cap is in excellent condition and shows little sign of having been worn.
