Japanese Special Naval Landing Force Uniform Shirt Large Size
The heavy khaki cotton 3 button front shirt shows relatively light signs of age and appears not to have been issued. It has a single pocket on the upper left chest with a button flap closure. The interior carries a Japanese Navy issue tag that is dated year “6” with the month of March. This would indicate production in the 6th years of the Showa era, or 1931. The label reflects that the shirt came from the Maizuru Military Stores. The absence of a written name or number suggests that the shirt was never issued. The shirt is a larger size in very good condition.
