Japanese Naval Landing Force EM/NCO Gaiters

The cotton gaiters shows stains and spots as well as signs of extended wear in the field. One of the gaiters is lacking one of the to fabric straps. It has a small exterior patched repair to the lower edge and it is missing four of the seven metal closure clips, with the remaining three exhibiting rust. The other gaiter is also missing four of the seven metal closure clips, with the remaining three exhibiting rust. The gaiter which retains both tie straps has a few small holes from wear. Both gaiters bear the same handwritten kanji. While the gaiters show wear and use, they also demonstrate great character as field worn Navy gaiters.
