The bayonet exhibits some wear to the finish, primarily on the lower section near the point together with indications of sharpening on the cutting edge. The ricasso is marked by the Terni Arsenal, with the guard bearing a serial number. The guard and the pommel both show a darkened finish. The wood grip plats have age and wear, but they are without chips or cracks. The leather scabbard has typical chips, scuffs, and indentations, but the scabbard is complete and intact. Overall very good condition.
