The wappen helmet plate exhibits a dark and uncleaned patina. Two screw posts are retained on the reverse. The plate was worn by two regiments: the 95th (6th Thuringian) Infantry Regiment and the 153rd (8th Thuringian) Infantry. Very good condition.
