Imperial Prussian Garde Ulanen Reserve Officer Tschapka

The Prussian Garde Officer’s Tschapka is in overall very good condition. The helmet has surface dust from storage and shows typical age crazing, which is relatively minimal. The helmet has the Prussian colors officer cockade but lacks the officer national colors cockade. The officer’s “fish scale” chin strap is in place. The front of the helmet displays the large Prussian Garde Regiment eagle and star, with a superimposed reservist cross. The black and white officer-grade Feldzeichen (oval cockade) is present on the top platform and shows edge wear. The full interior sweatband and silk liner are both present and intact.
