Imperial Prussian EM/NCO Pickelhaube Dated 1915
The leather body of the helmet shows crazing and cracking from age. The upper areas of the helmet are quite dirty and the helmet’s overall condition would likely benefit from a careful cleaning. The front of the helmet body has two holes into which the Prussian eagle front plate is secured with strips of leather. The leather chin strap is broken. Both the national colors cockade and the Prussian colors cockade are present. The full liner remains present with a replacement drawstring. The interior dome of the helmet has a depot stamp and a stamp date of 1915.
