Imperial German Stag Grip Dress Bayonet

The nickel plated blade is approximately 9 3/4 inches long, with the bayonet having an overall length of 14 1/2 inches. The blade carries the manufacturer mark of Clem and Jung, being a crown over a shield which contains a “Z”. There is some minor loss of plating in spots on the blade. The stag grips are without chips or cracks. There is age speckling to the nickel plated pommel and guard. The scabbard has experienced an almost complete loss of the original black paint. The leather bayonet frog is dry. The reverse of the frog is manufacturer marked and dated 1918.
