Imperial German Glass Stein With Etched Steamship

The glass half liter stein has an overall height of approximately 6-1/2 inches, exclusive of the thumb lift. The front of the stein displays an etched image of a three master steamship. The lid features a painted image of a steamship under glass. The edge of the rim is engraved to reflect the occasion of a silver wedding anniversary in the German city of Aussig: “Bur silb. hochzeit gewidmet von den ehemaligen Stammgasten in Aussig”. The stein is without chips or cracks and it is in near mint condition.
