Approximately 2-1/2 inches by 15-1/4 inches. The ribbon has pin holes at the top but otherwise excellent condition. The ribbon bears the statement of “Officielles Band fur des Rote Kreuz Kriegshilfs=Buro / Kriegs fursorgeamt” (“Official band for the Red Cross War Aid Office / War Care Office”), indicating that the commemorative ribbon was sold for the benefit of the German Red Cross.
