Hawaii 64th Artillery Btln. Officer Collar Insignia Set
Although this set of insignia used the smaller and wider coastal gun tubes in its design, the lack of a center oval with a shell marks this set as one used by a field artillery unit rather than a coastal artillery unit. It is therefore the insignia of the 64th Field Artillery Battalion. The 64th Artillery Battalion was assigned to the 25th Infantry Division in October of 1941, and was with the Division in Hawaii on December 7, 1941.
