A plaque to indicate membership in the ADAC, the German Automobile Club (it would become the DDAC under the Third Reich). 3 inches long, slightly curved. Shows a small break in the enamel under the bottom letter “A”. I found one pictured on the world-wide-interweb mounted on an armband.
