German Army Pioneer EM/NCO Visor Cap

The visor cap is of the teller form style, with ribbed wool top and green wool cap band. The exterior of the cap body is quite clean, without holes or damage. Both the crown and the cap band are piped in black to reflect service in a Pioneer unit. The front edge of the leather visor shows some chips. The interior of the cap shows substantial wear and use, with only a portion of the leather sweatband remaining in place. The lining is intact, although the celluloid sweat shield is missing. Overall the cap displays a fine shape and it makes a very good appearance.
