German Army EM/NCO M43 Field Cap

A fine example of the field gray wool Army M43 cap that was quite obviously worn in the field but which is without holes or distracting stains and which shows only expected signs of use. The machine woven trapezoid eagle and cockade insignia is machine sewn to the front peak of the cap and does not extend through the lining. The cap is fully lined in field gray rayon which bears a faint issue stamp.
