The sword has an overall length in the scabbard of approximately 36 inches, with a blade length of approximately 30 inches. The blade is quite bright, showing some typical spots and smudges that likely would respond to a careful cleaning. The ricasso bears the name and the trademark of the Pack firm. The black celluloid grip has a crack immediately beneath the pommel. It remains tightly triple wrapped with brass wire. The nickel plated guard, knuckle bow and back strap show some speckling to the plated surfaces, while the pommel has some dark spots of wear to the plating. The black scabbard paint is generally intact, with the usual scuffs and chips. Overall excellent condition.
