The Army Air Force wing for a Flight Nurse, 2 inches wide, pin back, marked as sterling and marked as manufactured by N.S. Meyer. The pin opens only to about 45 degrees, as is the case with wings produced by Meyer during the war. Excellent condition, with a small enamel “N” on the front, and untouched, uncleaned, patina.
