Early Fiberglass Composition & Leather Imperial Prussian NCO Private Purchase Pickelhaube

The early fiberglass body of the private purchase pickelhaube shows some relatively minor scuffs and scratches, but overall it is in excellent condition and presents the appearance of black patent leather. The front and rear visors are leather. The helmet has Prussian colors officer style cockades. The spike, spike bade, front wappen plate, fish scale chin strap, rear spine, and front visor edge are all brass and all exhibit a fine uncleaned patina. Chin scale missing one latch scale. The leather liner is present and, while it shows wear and age, it is complete and intact. Overall the helmet is in excellent condition.
