The exterior black paint is approximately 95 percent intact, with the helmet showing typical spots, scratches, and a few very small indentations from use. The helmet has no holes on the exterior top, indicating that the helmet was never fitted with an aluminum comb. The police eagle decal is essentially completely intact, while the party shield decal is approximately 95 percent complete. The full liner is present, although showing wear and use and lacking the drawstring. The chin strap similarly shows wear and use but it is complete and intact. Overall very good condition.
