The Association was founded in 1901, and in 1940 it had 6.5 million members at home and overseas.The decoration was the highest award of the Association. The decoration is in excellent condition, and the enamel badges are without chips or cracks. The decoration is contained within its titled black lacquer wooden case, having a fitted interior with a recessed compartment to hold the award. Overall excellent condition.
